Background summary
Workers' compensation claimants will be empowered through an interactive website prior to their disability assessment.
Study objective
Interactive website will:
1. Empower WC claimants
2. Enhance insurance physician-patient relationship
3. Increase WC claimant and physician satisfaction
4. Improve WC claimant return-to-work perspective
Study design
baseline, prior to disability assessment, after DA, 6 weeks after DA, 4 months after DA.
