Intervention
All participating gynaecologists will enter all their consecutive laparoscopic hysterectomies in the web-based QUSUM application. During registration the participants are randomly divided into two groups:
Group 1: individual feedback on clinical outcomes is provided by showing three proficiency graphs for the clinical outcomes (blood loss, operative time and complications)
Group 2: individual feedback is provided by showing three proficiency graphs for the clinical outcomes (blood loss, operative time and complications) additionally nationwide feedback is provided and gamification elements are used.
