Outcome measures
Primary outcome
1) The internal consistency of the five domains of the SIPP-SF;
2) The convergent/divergent validity by comparing scores on the SIPP-SF with scores on the HAP;
3) The discriminant validity by comparing scores on the SIPP-SF between patients without and those with a SCID-II PD diagnosis;
4) Associations between severity of personality pathology as measured by the SIPP-SF and by the SCID II (categorical and dimensional)
Secondary outcome
The sensitivity of the SIPP-SF by comparing baseline scores with a follow up measurement 12 months after starting treatment.

Study design
1; all primairy outcomes as a baselinescore: scorings at the SIPP-SF, SCID II, HAP en GPS. 2; Secondary outcomes SIPP-SF 12 months after treatment compared to baselinescoring.

Inclusion criteria
Men and woman over 65 years of age signed up for psychiatric treatment, with and without a personality disorder
Exclusion criteria
MMSE equal or below 24, severe psychotic or bipolar problems, estimated IQ lower as 80, substance abuse or addictionproblems
