Primary outcome
There will be 12 different wards/outpatient clinics/departments and each have their assessment of the safety attitude and have their opinion on the safety culture conversations.

Background summary
The safety culture conversations in Zuyderland MC will be assessed upon their effects on safety attitude on different wards/outpatient clinics/departments, where the conversations were held in the timeframe of 2016-2017. The respondents were selected based on the held conversations and their actions after it, based on implemented safety measures (Kwaliteitsportaal)
Study objective
The goal of the study is to assess the safety culture conversations and see whether they have an impact on the safety attitude on a certain ward or outpatient clinic.

No interventions planned with patients, only a questionnaire among employees.
Inclusion criteria
Wards/outpatient clinics were selected based on whether there were safety culture conversations held on their department within the time frame 2016-2017.
Exclusion criteria
Wards/outpatient clinics where no safety culture conversations were held on their department.
