Outcome measures
Primary outcome
Correlation of .8 between PCRS and ACIC self-management subscale, measured by Pearson's r. No correlation between PCRS and perceived self-management support (convergent validity)
Secondary outcome
Correlation of .8 between PCRS and ACIC self-management subscale, independent of specific health care function
Study objective
The Dutch version of the PCRS is a valid and reliable instrument to asses self-management support
Study design
In a 3 month period, HCPs are asked to completed the questionnaires on t=0 and only the PCRS on t=1 (2 weeks after completion of questionnaires on t=0)
Intervention
None, this is a questionnaire validation study. The used questionnaires are: PCRS, ACIC, CS-PAM and ITEM
