Background summary

The effect of a pharmacologic intervention is dependent of many different
factors. Personality and genetic constitution can influence the response to a
drug.

Study objective

To explore the influence of individual differences on the response to THC.

Study design

In an exploratory analysis, the relation between personality and certain
genetic polymorphism with PK-PD parameters based on a previously administered
THC-challenge.
