The use of preventive medication will lead to about 50% reduction of the symptomatic use of Nitroglycerin spray sublingual

- cardiac suspected chestpain or chestdiscomfort

- signed informed consent

- good control dutch language

Exclusion criteria

- cardiac medical history

- present use of medication under investigation

- known allergy for the medication under investigation
