The aim of this concept is make both patients and health care professionals aware of the importance of optimal use of this expensive way to treat diabetes. Experiences of patientes with signing a contract will be evaluated by means of a questionnaire. Additionally, results of diabetes treatment will be compared with experiences of the patients in signing a contract and trust in their own diabetes self management.
