Background summary
The effectiveness of the BOAM (basic needs, order, autonomy, meaning)-method is studies. BOAM is a treatment method for children/adolescents (4-18 years) with executive functioning and/or behavior problems and their parents. Three measurement occasions are included, and outcome measures on child functioning and parental stress.

Inclusion criteria
Children/adolescents (aged 4-18 years) with executive functioning and or behavior problems that are recognized by the parents
Exclusion criteria
Severe parental psychopathology, unability to complete questionnaires in Dutch
