Background summary
The effects of a functional fitness training(8 months) in children with CP (GMFCS I or II) will be investigated. All ICF-levels will be evaluated before, during and after the training.
Study objective
Children with cerebral palsy will benefit from a functional fitnesstraining.

Fitness programme that consists of functional exercises.
Two times per week, 45 minutes fitness training for 8 months.

Inclusion criteria
1. Cerebral palsy;
2. GMFCS I or II;
3. Age 7-20;
4. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
1. Cardiac or respiratory conditions that may be affected by exercise;
2. Surgical or orthopaedic procedures during or up to three months prior to the study.
