Background summary
Patients 4 to 24 months after a distal radius fracture, with risk-factores that may account for DRUJ instability will be analysed for function, pain and DRUJ instability, using functiontest, questionnaires and several radiologic modalities.
Study objective
radiological factors for DRUJ instability may account for DRUJ instability in patients after a consolidated distal radius fracture with negative influence on outcome

Inclusion criteria
-4 to 24 months after distal radius fracture with consolidation.
-radiological risk factor for DRUJ instability.
-signed informed consent by the patient or a legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
-contra-indication for CT/MRI scan.
-previous injury to the ipsilateral or contra-lateral wrist
-complex region pain syndrome
