Background summary
The studie entails interviews with clients of Stichting Gehandicaptenzorg Limburg about their experiences with the measurement instrument 'This is how I feel about it!'. The interviews are part of a case study identifying barriers and facilitaters in working with the instrument in daily practice, to develop an strategy to integratedly use the instrument for micro, meso and macro-level.
Study objective
Measuring patient reported experiences in the Dutch disability sector is not performed integrated leading to measuring redundance and lack of motivation from both the client as well as the care professional to perform the measurements. Het meten van ervaringen van cliënten met zorg gebeurt nog niet geïntegreerd wat meetkwaliteit negatief beïnvloedt.

Inclusion criteria
Clients that are able to communicate about their experiences with 'This is how I feel about it'.
Clients living in 24-hour facilities of Stichting Gehandicaptenzorg Limburg
Clients that collaborated in 'This is how I feel about it' in the past month.
Exclusion criteria
Clients that have severe disabilities which hinder collaboration in the interviews. These disabilities can be severe verbal disabilities, severe hearing disabilities or the incapacity of verbal communication
