Background summary
SIMTASTIC is a survey to gain insight on the current supply and demands for Simulation based Education within all specialty training, at a university hospital in the Netherlands. Where Simulation based Education is divided in skills, drills, augmented reality, virtual reality, simulated patients and team training (consisting of multidisciplinary consultation, acute "high fidelity" simulation and medical ethics consultation). Our subjects consist of residents and educational/clinical supervisors.
The aim of our survey is to uncover the gap between the demand and supply of simulation based education, with a difference in perception between residents and their educational/clinical supervisors.

Study design
A one-off questionnaire will be send and won't be repeated. We might contact the participants again, but only if they agree to fill in a second more detailed questionnaire.

Inclusion criteria
Residents and educational/clinical supervisors of all specialty training within the Amsterdam UMC between 1 February 2021 en 1 November 2021.
Exclusion criteria
Participants without consent and who aren't able to read Dutch and therefore, can't answer the questionnaire.
