Gestational weight gain in relation to IOM guidelines

Attitude, self-efficacy, social influences, barriers, satisfaction, consumption of vegetables, physical activity
Study objective
Gestational weight gain is significant more often healthy when the intervention is used than without the intervention.
De gewichtstoename van zwangere vrouwen is significant vaker binnen de richtlijnen bij het gebruik van de interventie "Kom aan!" dan zonder gebruikmaking van deze interventie.

Intervention
Online program with motivational interviewing, goalsetting, short information films
Inclusion criteria
Pregnant women at the beginning of pregnancy.
Exclusion criteria
- Not pregnant
- Multiple pregnancy
- Gestational age > 13 weeks
