Primary outcome
Smoking cessation after 12 months.
Secondary outcome
Stage transition (motivational stages).

The experimental group 2 (addition of action plans) will outperform the experimental group 1 (no action plans) with 10% at the last post-test after 12 months.

Inclusion criteria
Motivated to quit within the next year or sooner. Age between 18 en 65.
Exclusion criteria
Not motivated to smoke. Younger than 18 and older than 65.
