Health condition
Analysing the vision and opinion of opinionleaders on how the doctor-patient relation is meaningfull for the complex care for MUS patients. More specific how the opinionleader -out of his vision, his conceptual modell- takes part in this relationship and possibly uses the relationship as a powerful and important tool to care/treat the patients with chronical MUS.

Outcome measures
Primary outcome
Analysis and the vision and opinion of opinionleaders on MUS and patients suffering from MUS, and on (possible differering) underlaying filosophies, conceptual modells and explanationmodells of MUS. If possible to create a (more) integrative modell.
Secondary outcome
Analysis of the vision and opinion of opinionleaders about how the doctor-patient-relation has a meaning to the complex care for MUS patients. More specific also how the expert (out of his vision, his conceptual modell) is taking part of this relationship and possibly uses the relationship itself as a powerfull and important tool to treat/care for patients with chronical MUS.

Qualitative research based on semi structured interviews with MUS-opinionleaders, using purposive expert sampling.
