Adherence to diabetes medication (divided into oral agent adherence and insulin adherence)

Background summary
A survey study which aims to identify determinants of adherence to diabetes medication, divided into oral agents and insulin. At 6 months, a follow-up questionnaire will be spread among initial participants, to identify predictors of adherence over time.

Inclusion criteria
Type 2 diabetes, aged between 40-70 years old, using at least one antidiabetic agent, being treated in the Netherlands for diabetes, being diagnosed for at least 1 year with type 2 diabetes
Exclusion criteria
Not able to speak or understand the dutch language
