Outcome measures
Primary outcome
Maximal plasma testosterone concentration, AUC and time average concentration on day 7 of each treatment regime.
Secondary outcome
N/A
Study objective
Showering shortly after application of Androgel does not negatively affect testosterone plasma levels.
Study design
Plasma sampling at 08:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00 of day 7 of each regime.
Intervention
Regimen A: androgel 50 mg daily after showering;
Regimen B: androgel 50 mg 15 minutes before showering;
Regimen C: androgel 50 mg 30 minutes before showering.
