Primary outcome
Outcomes after long-term follow-up of pancreatic cysts (i.e. changes in cyst features, malignant progression, change in treatment strategy)
Secondary outcome
Outcomes after surgery of pancreatic cysts, depending on their subtype (i.e. malignant progression, recurrence rate, accuracy of preoperative diagnosing, possible biomarkers for progression)

Adult patients with one or more pancreatic cyst(s), suspected to be neoplastic
Exclusion criteria
Clear clinical and/or biochemical features of an inflammatory cyst
