* depressive disorder, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder, hypochondria, identity problems
* age > 18 years
Exclusion criteria
- other psychosocial treatment / therapy
- comorbidity: psychotic disorder, addiction, neuropsychiatric disorder, or personality disorder
