Passing-Bablok regression analysis between the two analyzers.

Background summary

Introduction of new Point of Care testing analyzers is booming, however,
quality of these analyzers needs to be assessed by clinical laboratories to
assure high quality diagnostics.

Study objective

Comparison of the lipid panel between Afinion POCT en routine chemistry
analyzer.

Study design

40 volunteers will be asked to give blood (venapunction & fingerprick) for
comparison between the two analyzers.

Study burden and risks

Haematoma may occur as a result of the venapunction.
