Achtergrond van het onderzoek
We aim to improve self-reliance, independency and to optimize functioning of older people in long-term care. We aim to achieve this by intervening at the level of the care worker. Care workers are deemed to change their behavior towards stimulation of physical and functional activities instead of taking over tasks.
