Levels of agreement between HowRwe total scores and EUROPEP mean scores.
Achtergrond van het onderzoek
The HowRwe is a short questionnaire which aims to measure patient experience. Until now the more laborious EUROPEP questionnaire has been used for this purpose in GP practices. We aim to establish the relation between HowRwe and EUROPEP outcomes. Furthermore we will determine whether the HowRwe can predict the EUROPEP outcome. This could provide possibilities in measuring patient experience more easily and consequently improve healthcare in Dutch GP practices.
