Achtergrond van het onderzoek
Patient Controlled intravenous Analgesia (PCiA), using morphine in combination with S-ketamine. The amount of used morphine will be compared with PCiA with only morphine.
Doel van het onderzoek
The combination of S-ketamine and morphine in PCiA will reduce the used amount of morphne, and will also reduce the incidence of nausea. However, it will improve the level of analgesia.
Onderzoeksopzet
Early morning and start of the evening.
Onderzoeksproduct en/of interventie
1. Preparation of the PCA syringes;
2. Visit of the patient twice a day, three days long.
