Healthy males
Age between 18 and 35 y
BMI between 18.5 and 30 kg/m2
Belangrijkste redenen om niet deel te kunnen nemen (Exclusiecriteria)
• Celiac disease
• Lactose intolerance
• Smoking
• Diabetes
• Cancer
• Donated blood within the last 3 months
Diagnosed GI tract diseases
Any medications known to affect digestion and absorption (i.e. proton pump inhibitors, bicarbonate tablets, non-steroidal anti-inflammatories).
